Quite the "Labor Day" Weekend...
We had big plans for Labor Day weekend... Saturday started out a great day. Nick went off to his Fantasy Football draft and I got to work in the nursery. I finished painting the yellow and cut the pieces for the chairrail. Nick felt the draft was a success with the exception of drafting someone that was already on the DL for the season. He got a little grief for that one... but overall he was very satisfied with his picks.
He helped me hang the chairrail when he got home... ALL that is left is to paint the baseboards, chairrail and doors and hang the ceiling fan and wallpaper border.
Apparently, I worked a little too hard on Saturday and we found ourselves on our way to Labor and Delivery at Women's Hospital at 8:30pm. Fortunately, after we saw the ultrasound and heard the heartbeat, we knew Baby Boyce was fine. Unfortunately I was not doing so hot...Apparently, I was having contractions about 3 minutes apart. So I had a nice stay in L&D until Monday and the contractions were controlled. They moved me Monday to the Antepartum unit where I stayed until Tuesday. I got to go home on Tuesday, but not back to work. Yes, my worst fear came true... BEDREST! I am "allowed" to be up 15 minutes per hour. Lucky me! I will continue to go into the hospital for a non-stress test which monitors the baby's heart rate and determines whether or not I am having contractions. I will have to do this every week until the baby is here. I am taking medication to control the contractions... So far so good. I will keep you posted!

How far along are you? I am at 28 weeks and just went from partial to full bedrest. Yuck! Hopefully the little ones will stay inside and cook a bit longer. Good luck!
